Returns Policy
You may return most new, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE, UNUSED items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll issue a return label so can put it on a return package. This way we want to guaranty a no hassle buying experience. 5 days after we receive the returned item we will issue the refund.
IMPORTANT!!! Please if you are planing to return the item DO NOT USE IT. IF YOU RETURN AN USED ITEM THE ITEM WILL NOT RETURN IT TO YOU AND IT WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. BE AWARE THAT MOST OF OUR ITEMS ARE PIECES OF UNDERWEAR AND ONCE THE ARE USED REPLACEMENT IS NOT HYGIENIC.
